The PTP Power Handles represents a great starting point or addition to your resistance training system. Compatible with the PTP PowerTube, they allow you to target your shoulders, back, chest, biceps, triceps and abs, and perform a wide range of gym exercises. Simply clip your PowerTube to the metal ring of the Power Handles to get started. You can connect your Power Handles to one or multiple PowerTubes as you progress and feel the need for added challenge. Exercises included and free access to videos online.
